To make it more confusing, that type of licensure is not sufficient for primary residence financing - either as real property or as chattel property as used for manufactured homes, or RVs or Marine craft being used as a primary residence.

Once you know those things you can start to craft future agendas.

I'm in the same boat but I'm meeting with a lawyer to finalize and craft my lease as well as have someone available for questions.  

Number one it saves time if the seller is not motivated and number two it let's them know I have asked questions ahead of time and crafted a serious offer.
