It's been awhile since I've posted, I love trolling but am usually too busy sheet rocking and such to actually post anything :) But I'm kind of looking for advice from investors who do a little different line of work than I do...WARNING this is going to be really long, because I'm not good at condensing my stories.Background: My husband and I have been remodeling/building houses for a long time, but 2 years ago, we both quit our jobs to try doing it full time.

If it is still leaking, it may or may not be the A/C pan (most likely roof - failed flashing perhaps), seeing as the weather is pretty cold as of late, and there shouldn't be much condensation accumulating.

Condense the population so to speak into one proper town with new strip malls, and medical service areas---plus figure out what kind of work suits them and bring some of it there.Might be easier to (weed out) the criminals if there were in one city of side by side homes, vs so spread out--and put a new BIG men's prison, women's prison and kids prison in that area too--and get rid of the crime.
