I know that no one is building houses under 200k and have to decide if we want to continue to do it like this but its a very low risk high return strategy and the average new build in central ohio is now $510,000 based on last years 2400 new build condos and houses sold on the MLS.

I'm basing this on what I've seen in agricultural investing in Central and South America.

The Central Location of Lakeland makes it ideal for shipping logistics, and the local airport expanded the runway to allow larger cargo aircraft.

I also like to be close to Central Ave as demand for rentals will be higher and I can also ask for higher rents.
