Not at the moment, we have been focusing on automating our system to hire a few full time people.

We plan to automate with systems and virtual assistants so primarily we will be managing the workflow and converting warm leads to closed deals in various markets.My question for y’all is - how do you all typically handle the dispersement of closed deals?

For me, I knew I wanted a tool that would be as automated as possible, something standardized I could outsource eventually, and something that could track different "pots" of money within one account so I could track saved money for repairs, CapEx, vacancy, etc within one savings account and even break those savings out by property.

We'd like to automate as much as possible from the start and allow the tenants to pay from an app or something.

They have great automated systems.

STR do require some more time to manage operationally, but with a few proactive systems set up on the front end (bnb friendly cleaner, automated messaging, multiple sets of turnover supplies so you are not stuck doing laundry during the busy workweek)  will make life much more easier!
