Thank you for reading this post after reading the silly title.Please point me to the right direction of either I just keep going solo until I have a few more properties, or even though I am starting, if I am a good case for the right service from a CPA.Business current status/goal:2022 currently establishing Whole Sale Marketing and Real Estate services, I would like to:-Creating anonymous LLC (Florida double LLC) to hold rental properties-If this anonymous LLC can also be our holding company structure that CPA see beneficial for us.

I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they to the showing, and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.

An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.

Just call the City anonymously and ask questions...?  

If you don't feel you can be honest and still run the business properly, then find a way to be anonymous. 

Should anonymity be considered while setting up a business entity?

Even the lender list on BP is not vetted.Lending is a business based on relationships, not online anonymity.

The ad is rarely up for more than half a day anyway.One benefit of being a private handyman housing provider I guess is the anonymity. 

I’m thinking about what would be the cleanest, simplest rinse and repeat model for flip structure.I’d like my LLC to remain in place ie am not interested in creating one-time-use LLC’s (expensive and not practical for me).I’m looking for anonymity as well but am not sure how often instruments such as trusts for example are used in wholesale transactions and how familiar and comfortable buyers are with this process.  

I have heard it is best to be anonymous when setting up your LLC for a rental portfolio.
