Pacific Modern Homes is a great example - we built one of their kits in the 1990's and it was beautiful/ really minimized labor and scrap onsite.

It elevates the level of commitment and professionalism of the group as a whole.I explored all the other educational groups out there before finally settling on J & G because they felt the least "cultish" and the most like a "family".

Right now, my rates are low 6's for a 5-year prepay, and those terms have kept me very busy, as I currently sit with 31 deals and just under $12 million in my pipeline.If a lender is offering you those rates at a high leverage, the rest of the lenders wouldn't be in business, and the ones offering those rates wouldn't be for long, lol.

I live in FL and dating one of the biggest brokers in S Fl, she agrees as well.

The lender my agent put me in contact with is telling me that rates for an investment property are currently low 7's with 2 points. 30 yr fixed no Interest Only....
