Considering the change as the STR numbers just aren't working, especially with the associated expenses and turnover frequency.

I might have a biased opinion, a lot of those we've worked with though would say good things haha feel free to reach out if you have any questions on those differences or what that might look like for you.

Being furnished is also extra work, more things to break and be maintained.

I expect that my most likely tenants would be families that are new to the area and/or have moved for work.

Would love to understand more about what might work for me other than DSCR to get started, in case DSCR loan is not an option for a foreigner.Thanks!

Therefore, working with a single real estate agent doesn't make much sense as it will limit you to his/her very limited inventory and he/she might have as main objective to sell a property to you take advantage of your lack of knowledge of the market.

We not only offered them a better comp package, but we offered them the opportunity to work for people who knew real estate investing as investors, not just as lenders. 

Have you worked with a designer before?

When I purchased it I simply based my offer on the numbers that made it work using the BP Calculator.
