As far as managing your "cash flow", that also depends on your strategy for growth.Just keep in mind, rentals don't pay much cash flow-wise in today's market.

Kim's recommendation of starting with NARPM PM members is definitely a wise way to go. 

I think you would be wise to pull some (not all) equity out and use it to get another.

So basically, it looks like these are condos they couldn't sell and now they bring and repackage them as a supposedly killer deal to unsuspecting buyers, suggesting to you they're given a chance to buy before anybody else.Obviously it's your best right to deal with them in spite of the evidence but is it wise to promote them?

@Namal Burman Sounds like you have an understanding of what you are getting into financially and location wise...go for it if this is something you are interested in and want to pursue.
