Other lease provisions may apply as well, such as prohibition against causing the LL to incur fines and damages.

Not to say you cannot do well, but it’ll take some extra TLC.

Without knowing all of your specifics, I'd say that it's only worth holding on to if you can reasonably expect to have some really good appreciation in the near future (like 5 yrs)....Or, in the case where it would run well as a vacation rental, you could switch the usage, maybe?

I bought my first rental in here and it has been cash flowing well so far!

The contractor is responsible for paying their subs so it would be a breach of contract between flipper and his GC if it was written well.
