Looking for ideas.The property was purchase a decade ago, but since buying the land the owners have added their primary residence, a secondary residence (that they Airbnb), and now a wedding venue. 

I've dealt with a few, basically the overall theme was realtors didn't understand their home and what it was worth so they were going to price it right and sell it themselves.

One thing that combats the seasonality issue is that Sparkling Hill Resort is up there, and I'd imagine short-term rentals would be a good secondary option to Sparkling Hill/Predator Ridge Resort, as well as for special event accommodations (weddings, parties, etc.).Understanding your post was from almost a year ago, did you ever pull the trigger up there or anywhere else in the area?

The ME TOO agents make the occasional sale and eek out a living at 50k a year.
