I just like predicting the numbers and making sure I am ahead of them.  

If years of stress ahead is overwhelming you just sell them. 

but the $7000 to pay off the vehicle will only save me about $600 in interest whereas investing that 7k into another home or renovations, like adding a new bathroom to my current 3bed 1bath home, would yield way more than the money saved.

For us it's allowed for knowing ahead of time their situation, understanding of building related matters that might arise, and loyalty in a way.

Folks,Just wanted to give everybody a heads up on what can happen with online crowdfunding real estate sites.I have invested with Fund That Flip (FTF) for the past 2 years. 

Sundays are not a banking holiday, even if they're at the football game..Status updates and running ahead of schedule are essentials not luxuries.

I personally, being on the NAR Board, at multiples levels of the organization, and being heavily involved on the lobbying/legal side have been way ahead of the curve on this stuff.
