The key to minimizing the negative cash flow for an FHA house hack is to identify properties with unlocked potential or are undervalued in some aspect.

You must unlock it and give the inspector access.The attic and the basement will only be visually inspected.

We don't see the value in mentorship or coaching, when in fact a single shift in belief or perspective can unlock unlimited financial potential in our life!  

Otherwise I would have had to leave the unit unlocked to go and get one myself.

House went under contract in 5 days and the lack of paying the full 6% commission allowed me to offer buyer’s agent an increased 4% fee, which understandable was quite attractive from the buyer side and unlocked 12 showings in 5 days in a historically slow area.On the buyer’s side I put an offer in using standard state real estate forms only to find out that seller’s agent takes the full 6% anyway. 

Also I highly recommend the Yale lock, that way you can unlock and lock the door remotely. 

Plus if I unlock that money quickly.

But then they locked me out of my account which is why I had to call customer support, then the oodles of calls to get them to unlock my domain name so I could move it to GoDaddy.
