The buyers and renters in that area, due to the low income, won't have any other options in terms of where they can live.

Assuming the liens were the mortgage, taxes, hoa etc and totaled less than the purchase price.

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

I think they actually implemented it, but then it got postponed due to some lawsuits. 

I do a procedure every year at tax preparation time. 

Take ownership of your mistake and learn to do the proper due diligence recommended above😊

Plus it makes bookkeeping and doing taxes etc. more complicated and annoying/ expensive.
