If you insist, take the top bar of the F and sweep it upward and then down in a roof shape.Sorry, I don't agree with any of them.  

I also have some boys that helped carry windows, bathtubs, sweep, etc...  

Would it be okay to just sweep it with a broom to remove cobwebs and dust, then apply a coat or two of Killz?

Oh, and that included a sweep over the Lakers.

Paint and sweep is around $3,000 to 5,000 in repairs, a moderate rehab is 10 to 15k, and a big one is 25-$40k.

There are bad ones but your sweeping comments are not enlightened nor appreciated.

We inserted several additional protections into her Lease and imposed additional obligations and responsibilities on her such as an obligation to sweep the hallway / shovel the walkway & sidewalk / Maintain the front area of the building / Take out Garbage, etc...She hemmed, hawed and balked at first but she reluctantly (very) eventually came-around and signed the new Lease at the new higher rate with the new additional protective terms.

First thing though is caulking everything up, foam up plumbing holes, making sure doors have sweeps, etc, so that nothing from outside can get inside.

I have seen where some investors have included in the contract of Sale to sweep for an underground oil tank as a contingency. 

I own duplexes and triplexes, and generally, give one tenant a rent concession to mow, shovel, pull garbage pails out, sweep the sidewalks.
