We added cheap square footage by filling in a breezeway which helped to turn an attached ADU from studio to 1-bed, and turn the Main Home from 2-bed, 1-bath into a 3-bed, 2-bath.

Are they 3 bed 1 bath or 3 bed 2 bath? 

It’s a market rate 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in a community that’s a mix of market rate and work force homes.  

What happens if, after your contractor completed the job, you realize that you forgot to ask him to repaint the cabinet doors in the hall bath and install two extra outlets in the kitchen?

They are taking out a tub in one bath.

All units are 2 bed and 2.5 bath.

when I started my project in Oregon I was across the street from Lennar ( production) I knew I could not compete I cant even build the homes for as cheap as they are selling them for.. so I went to Semi custom and my prices are 100 to 250k higher per house for the same sq ft.. and we have just about sold out..

This house is currently a 2/1 but with the additional 480 sqft of living space (main bath, dinning, walk-in closet).

So I bought this house back in January, and I fixed it up over the summer. it is a 3 bed 2.5 bath built in 2006.

Do you prefer houses that already have 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms, or are you more interested in properties where you can add additional rooms and baths?
