Just want to add that, my concern about going through the listing agent I current work with is, there seems an incentive for this agent to steer me toward the property he represents.But at the same time is it too much to be talking to 4-5 listing agents at the same time?

Jon as far as a 2nd mortgage goes thats what I'm trying to steer clear of.

I would really appreciate someone steering me in the right direction for generating leads in Atlanta.

A few people have tried to steer me away from memphis for somewhat generic reasons. crime/very high renter% etc.

Should any new investors call inquiring about such a group, they would steer this individual to us.  

I plan to also use this opportunity to learn but with the confidence of someone with a proven track record steering the ship.

Also, please keep in mind that if you are asking a local property manager or agent outside of our network, they very well could try to steer you away from route in effort to do business with them directly instead of RTR.
