Previous issues that were reported were relatively minor and were addressed a few years ago, so there’s nothing outstanding in that regard.Some title or certificate of occupancy issues can cost tens of thousands to six figures to resolve.

Last week I was hit by requests via Zillow platform inquiring about my listing on AffordableHousing.com, formerly GoSection8.com.   

We had our 3-year township CO inspection today and were told that we need to have smoke / CO detectors that alerted both sixes of a duplex property. 

No tenants, I check up about every week, they say maybe a showing or so, but no tenants.

I have people that book for multiple weeks during season and I don't blame them for wanting a better feel of the place before shelling out $20K.  

It had 20 showings in the first week.

A person could be 1 week out of prison for murder and no, your not in the clear to discriminate against them as a potential buyer for an open market home sale.There is a lot of history with various discrimination in access to housing to various persons of assorted minority classes, not just on race but a whole assortment and in this day n age there is no shortage of attorneys and advocacy groups happy to sue.
