Are entire teams shifting over to eXp and staying or do they end up leaving?

@Joseph Lee from everything I have seen Central AC does not increase rent, but from my experience, I do see it as important to pull the cream of the crop tenants, and I think it will add to your value vs your competition when we see a market shift.

In fact, probably the biggest cash buyer in my market shifted focus to wholesaling.

You will be back and the market may have shifted by then.

But if you generally find yourself staying up late and then sleeping in the next morning, you just need to shift your day.
