Hello - Is it possible/legal to sell or somehow transfer a rental I own to a SDIRA? 

Or should I hold title until the buyer obtains bank loan and pays me off to transfer title.

The lease was recorded with the county but has no terms in it stating that lease transfers with a property sale.
