Here's the deal- you don't get rich by selling real estate.

The idea of my thread is to share my experience and check if I can get advice and emotional support from like minded individuals but unfortunately the post was not properly understood and only people who are either PMCs or associated with one have answered.

If too many people are ignoring the data, why wouldn't you be quiet about it and pay attention to it yourself, and become insanely rich from it- and sit back on your private island and laugh at all the fools who ignored it while you drink Pena Coladas From a deck chair in the sand???

Good reads would be Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and How to Invest in Real Estate (the beginners guide) by Brandon Turner.

I mailed over 3,500+ postcards to private individual note sellers in TX.

Being at a slight operating profit or break even is completely fine with my though as I'm not looking at this as some get rich scheme, it's a long-term investment.Based on this, I'm looking now more into getting a more utilitarian STR targeted at business travelers where the goal is similar to my LTR's, getting long-term appreciation and mortgage pay down and making enough cash flow simply to cover repairs.
