Everyone gets really focused on triplex and quadplex properties, but there aren't many of them and as you've said, the numbers just won't work on something move in ready. 

Unfortunately it is almost run backwards and if the investor makes 80k+/year then you aren't eligible for almost all of it.

Ogden has done nothing to provide for mom-and-pop landlords who might have brought stability to neighborhoods where owner-occupants aren't quick to adopt.  

Also after searching more about them they bought over 10 more locations ( business only no RE) however they aren’t changing the name.
