I do have a program just for single family homes but we cover funding in a different way.

Our developers have all noted that HUD has gotten much better with this program in the last decade and it more depends on the local housing authority being good or bad.

We have 3 Padsplit loan programs none of which require income verification and can close in an LLC.

Or perhaps another mentorship program?

We could also tie our security cameras into the police system as part of a local program here in Chicago.We also paid "house sitters" to keep the squatters out!!

If you've already talked to lenders about terms and programs they offer then go out and find a deal.
