I know that the stereotype is not a good one for property managers, and I feel I can use my experience from New Orleans as well as the management skills I've gained with general contracting to effectively manage residential properties.

Based on what my customers have told me, the edge I have on others is that I'm fluent in English (you know that stereotype about Vietnamese manicurists who can't speak English) and that my customer service is superb (I learned this from being in the mortgage industry for so long). 

Want to avoid shaky hands and avoid investor relations issues. a 5-7 hold time is really not asking too much from committed investors, it isn't perpetual.
