I look at flood zones, earthquakes and natural catastrophes  (New Orleans is a risky place to invest because of hurricanes and flooding.

Looking for active investors in Houma, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette.

But I can more thank Orleans parish for having a fairly quick and easy eviction process. 

Any Builders or Contractor with New Residential Construction homes in the Greater New Orleans or Surrounding areas? 

I found it interesting that New Orleans is so much higher than the surrounding parishes.
