I want to hear suggestions in urban & rural areas and also besides building a single home family, multi-family or any other type of properties.I'm looking for more options, private parking slots, use it for agriculture, laundry services, sell it or a business in general....

On the first of every month my rent check is put into my mail slot on my door, however today that did not happen.  

I don’t see a problem in making something “too nice “ if you mean slot of upgrades and stuff.

its one thing for locals like yourself but if the best U can do is as described above its not a wealth builder on any level.. there just seems to be some irrational exuberance on these low end rentals  or should I say non appreciating assets with next to no cash flow.. just because they get into them with little cash or get a little back. your still tying up a very valuable loan slot.

Essentially, we don't pay our employers for a slot in their line up, our credentials/degree gets us a spot.

All it takes is one entrepreneurial prosecutor to create the "they paid the landlord with the proceeds from the drug deals" nexus before you find yourself paying a lawyer to sort the mess out.
