One year ago, I exchanged a rental duplex and for 4 rental mobile homes.

I bought an empty mobile home park and converted it to a long term RV park.

I can imagine a complicated mechanism that would produce an arguably valid 1031 strategy...but it almost certainly would create more problems than it solves.

But if the loan doesn't allow an assumption, then use the correct mechanism for Texas to remove her from title.
