Around here in rural America many tenants will run out of propane and use milk house heaters.

That is also the shower facility.A guy comes by once a week on a wagon and the tenants can buy fresh milk and eggs.Another guy comes by once a week on a bigger wagon with a black and white spotted dog pulled by these great big horses and the tenants can buy beer from them.

They also tried to milk us for money for hotel stays until renovations were complete (which were going to take several months, paying their security deposit on their next apartment, all new furniture, professional cleaners, movers, storage, etc. 

@Joey CopperDo you dunk your Oreos in milk, twist them apart and eat the filling, or do you eat them like a regular cookie?

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

All the while she continues to try to dig her heels in and milk the system even more than she already has (allegedly).This is not the first time this tenant has done this link
