I do understand that most people do not think that way, But as I said, I have had people make remarks like that to me Like any trade, to do it properly and thiroughly, you have to have the right tools and cleaning products, and you have to have knowleedge, so not to ruin the materials used for tubs, etc.

I would put some in passive syndications with responsible sponsors that I trust, I would invest some in the stock market, precious metals and bitcoin.
