The planning staff should be able to walk you through any options for zoning changes or variances if there's a way to make short-term rentals work in your case.

You are allowed to keep all the deposits in one account, as long as you have a means of tracking how much belongs to each renter.

How do these deals typically perform in terms of cash flow and equity growth?
