How do you invest for cashflow successfully in isolated communities (Gold River, Quadra Island for example)?

The accounting function is often isolated from the actual day-to-day management.

I solely own....

People that are gonna get hit the hardest are ones with less than desirable financial profiles, but for your typical W2 earners that still have their jobs or work in industries that can go virtual during isolation, things should continue as usual. 

TX LLC, NJ LLC, NC LLC, etc.).GOAL:  My main concern is security, anonymity, and isolating risk that may bubble up from one of the individual state LLCs, God forbid.

Once I understood this, I turned to studying Las Vegas historical tenant behaviors.I tried different approaches for isolating a segment with the right characteristics, all of which failed.

There is no way to fully understand the context of the situation though without looking at the prospectus or marketing material and it is really not helpful because each investor or taxpayer has a different tax and financial situation so you can’t view the scenario in isolation.  

I solely invest in the US now, mainly fix n flipping, lending, and non-performing notes.  

A few things we did to note:Ran all new pex water lines throughout the whole house and placed a large manifold in the garage so each water source has its own isolation valveAdded a 4th bedroom making it a 4bed 2bath homeRelocated the washer and dryer to the garage.

Ideally, the spreadsheet/database would act as a repository for old data/analysis and isolate the properties that remain active for follow-up.Thanks!!!
