One book in particular speaks to tax advice and I realize there are frequent changes, so it just got me thinking...is there a shelf life to these books?

@Sean Mcmahon, you have to realize that they do not have infinite resources and cannot buy every great deal and what you are looking for is their great on the ground knowledge and expertise.

I was traveling for a week and unknown to be was the 10lbs of ground beef left on the top freezer shelf. 

@Dylan Wright  also you need to check with teh park owner and make sure you could indeed rent it out.. the play is to own the MHP  not the mobiles  :)  MHP are a pain to keep maintained as parts are not right off the shelf in many cases

The bathroom has that shelf in the bathroom due to the wall size being 6ft instead of a standard 5ft.
