Then again, your management company wouldn't want to do anything actually useful, like disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, including the pool items and improving the air quality in common indoor spaces, because that would cost a lot more money than just getting rid of the pool items and calling it a day. 

They've owned the building 6 years now, have a very successful community center with full length basketball court, indoor swimming pool, batting cages, etc, and make every note payment on its exact due date.

Each unit has 1 indoor garage spot.2 units that are 2 BR 1 Bath vacant $2200 Estimated Rent w garage2 units are 1 BR 1 Bath vacant $1400 Estimated Rent w garageThese rent numbers are with very little rehab work.

I'll take a bear or lion any day (assuming everyone is indoors). 

Each mini split system will have max elevations from outdoor unit to indoor unit and vice versa.

Figure out if you like basketball, and if you have any skill, before you start shopping for the best flooring for your indoor court.

BP Community, does anybody know of a company that creates indoor self-storage units for the owner to assemble?
