Very good impression, we spoke for almost an hour.

I was very impressed with their security, they were so strict.

My impression is everyone thinks costs are up, more and more people are fine with renting right now, and those that want to buy new homes aren't in as much of a rush.

Super impressive and inspiring.

I have not gotten good impressions from modular builders.

For me personally, and the impression I get from listings in multiple areas across the eastern and southern areas, and open floor plan is still very desirable… but I understand how the long narrow house on the long narrow plot with a kitchen at one end and all the “rooms” in a long line… well, I just think it looks awful.That being said, I am actually on both sides of this question, really.

For a property of this profile they will require fairly extensive documentable property investment and management experience. 

Borrowers will want to be members, local and generally have a very strong credit profile. - Most 5+ unit lenders will want the borrower to provide documentable real estate related investment experience.

Most time they text me from FF then I can see their brief profile.
