Hey all,I am just starting out and am fully immersed in the typical literature although still trying to get my hands on the ABC's of Real Estate Investing.  

If you immerse yourself in the topic, you'll pick it up through osmosis. 

Partly because we have the time and energy to do it and wanted to really learn the business, be involved,  and immerse ourselves in the low income culture.

It's critical that you immerse yourself with someone who has been down this road before. 

To further immerse my family in a life style that is calling us, we figure it would be best if we start with her obtaining a license and getting in to sales.

I have been working for one of the largest REO buyers here in Costa Mesa for a couple of months now and have been immersed in this amazing market.

Using the same process that I used to start my rental business, I fully immersed myself into getting this education.
