so I’m living in Louisville and trying to figure out how to really start doing something in life, I have a job at GNC as a manager and I’ve been thinking because I love both paths, I could save up and get my personal training certification, then try an leverage the time of being a manager to possibly get me a job at the best gym in town as a manager or I’ll work my way up, but also be doing personal training too. 

I have not started one yet but this is my ultimate "out of the rat race" goal.I am an aspiring gym owner.

hello i'm a new investor with my first rental property in Easton PA, taking over management the old landlord allowed the current tenants to keep a trampoline and a jungle gym in the yard which i'm against.

We currently own a gym in our city and covid has hit us pretty hard and has worn us down for the past 2 years.

I also own a gym and have been looking for a new building.

I have about a 45 minute drive to work and listen to two podcasts a day whether I am driving or at the gym I am always trying to learn.
