Right from the start I could tell she was passionate about her job and was invested in her clients so that was a green flag for me. 

However, if you do your market research to determine the supply & demand and look at what other Boat & RV Storage Facility's are doing nearby, and pick a good market (Florida - the entire state is practically a boaters paradise, and for those that don't boat, well then, they RV. 

Is there a managing company on green renewable energy on cheap/free land or water, selling electricity per kWh and selling carbon credits, leveraging preferential rate financing and tax reduction for green energy ?
