As far as all the other corporate credit songs I haven’t personally found one investor that has been buying and selling properties with genuine corporate credit.

I am brand new to real estate investing and I am hoping genuinely the BP community can help me out.

I don't expect the experience to be a cup of coffee or a steak dinner, but a genuine professional opinion on the property with cost numbers for repairs and renovations.Not so worried that my due diligence may cost me a bit more than a SFR or a turn-key property.

Theyve pumped up in price over the last decade (though flat to down right now during covid) as the neighborhood has transformed. 

Phase II of the #DCWharf is well underway, The Yards has completely transformed the neighborhood around the Nats stadium... 

I don't want to genuinely be in this to screw anybody.

I'm genuinely interested in the process and would like to help new investors as a real estate agent.
