only thing ill say here from one newbie to another is dont put all your coins in one basket.

I too think that we will ultimately have multiple listings as I learn - the whole not having your eggs in one basket thing.

You find better low hanging fruit with less issues.There are some investors who will take this stuff on at cheap prices. 

I feel like a kid with a new toy and look forward with great anticipation to have a chance to build solid and fruitful relationships with any of you people that might be interested. 

The crypto exchanges are exceedingly busy opening new accounts as fast as they can, and definitely focusing on the low-hanging fruit, which is individuals. 

If the tenant maintains the pool they almost always try to limit the timer for the pump or have differed maintenance not emptying baskets,not adding water, not checking chemicals properly.

Something like more than 1/2 of the country's fruits and vegetables, so be nice to your farmer!

I've also done well by sending Bubba to visit with a "gift basket."

I've also heard providing a "welcome basket" or something like that with wine, chocolates, etc. also helps.
