We moved a couple of people in by the room and had our bills, mortgage paid for and even our grocery bill.

I had to add a couple more counties to my lists, and still very slim.

The reality is it's a huge focus for me with my fourth and likely final happening earlier this year.

This is because value-add properties, especially those built in the 1960s to 1980s, typically take a couple of years to stabilize, particularly in today’s market conditions.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.
