@Ricardo Guzman-Hernandez your PMC should be able to provide you copies of court notices and other supporting paperwork.You can also Google the court - many now have a website where they post case updates.

Take all your analysis that you did for the deal to court so you can explain why they got the value wrong.

So just something to think about.I would be looking hard at their financials, and I would look hard at what capex is needed.
