I don’t know why the drain pipes smell, the flickering lights are easily fixable, but this bathroom floor situation has me thinking about what I should I do.

If you haven't done the exhaustive research that I have done to discover the truth about this company.....SHUT UP!

I visited and sure enough it was...the condensation pipe was clogged and the water was overflowing and leaking through the ceiling in the back closet directly above where our furnace is located(and theirs is as well).  

Is there anything besides putting in a softner in that may eliminate lime making its way thru the pipes?

What about when a pipe bursts at 1AM?

I wonder if it could be exhaust getting in through poorly sealed windows?

My savings were pretty much exhausted after this.

The asking price at that time as about $47.5 (and btw it was the ONLY house we looked at that had all the copper pipe remaining) Anyway after looking at a few more 2 families and about another month or so passing they dropped the price dramatically.

If they have a bat, pipe, piece of wood, rock, etc, that's good enough!

Like I said before the original copper was robbed so I have to replace ALL the pipes in the building.
