Would like a bigger foot print in Aiken/Augusta/N.

Just curious if any BP members have seen market conditions impacted in their hyperlocal space where Amazon has constructed large footprint distribution centers.

Appraisal, Inspection, Fire system inspection,  and Phase I Environmental Assessment to name a few possible costs.  

Life Company Carveouts basically say that if you file for bankruptcy, commit fraud or misrepresentation, or have an environmental issue, the recourse is triggered.

@Patrick -  I recall back in 2005 about the news of Google and Intel expanding their footprint into Chandler, AZ and that it would be a boon.

How do you prevent or insure against environmental contamination.   

I've heard of Ally but not Synchrony, you'd think the online banks could offer better returns, not needing to maintain the brick and mortar footprint of traditional banks.
