My thought on Cleveland was it's more diverse than Warren with more listings to chose from.

I love all the diverse advice from the other BP members and am using a lot of it to question my current strategies myself. 

The Milwaukee market is quite diverse and while we have areas that have seen double digit appreciation in 2016 YoY there are others - especially low price point areas - that have flat lined.

Raleigh is already a very exciting market (houses on market average of two days before they are swiped up), I see flips on every corner and the buy and hold long term rental strategy is equally as stable due people moving here every day, the various universities in the area, and diverse job market.

If you have a diverse economy with lots of high paying technology jobs that sometimes creates the perfect storm.    

But it has what those closer to downtown dream about...actual diversity - in people and food, bigger spaces for outdoor dining without the huge prices, and homes/condos with actual grass back yards, yet only 20-30 minutes on the red line from downtown!

He's got a diverse and skilled staff on his payroll,  and I know they've got the ability to do any sort of work that might be required.Without any particular deal in mind I'd like to approach him about partnering on future flips that require significant work.
