I recently worte here on BP about an "8 acre" lots that was really 1.8 acres, and another lot that was listed at 1.6 acrea and was really 0.6 acres.

I’m in the process of getting my real estate salesperson license to gain access to MLS listings as well.

We create a new joint LLC for each investment, and each participant gets listed as an owner of the joint LLC. 

I'd also find out who handles the listings and what they charge to do it.

Already there are many reports of increased listing activity in the surrounding areas and plans for many to relocate and migrate.

I’d fix it up and list it to sell after I’d been there two years to take the gain tax free.
