However, it really depends on your goals and what you’re trying to do to that will morph the strategy for you.

My goal is to have enough passive income to retire within the next 10’ years.

My advice is to check for markets that fit your investment strategy and goals.

However, if your goal is cash flow, it might be tougher because of the higher prices and lower RTP ratios.

That doesn't necessarily 100% align their goals with yours but at least they have skin in the game at that point.I 100% agree with these comments.  

Take some time to think about what it is you want and then make some goals.
