Are there things I should be looking for other than the cut they take?

Our house has not appreciated much since October 2022, and homes are moving very slowly in our area with frequent price cuts.

Now you can add that number to the sale price of the house  or ask your buyer to cut you a check , you work for them , not me . 

That doesn't cut it for me.

Competition is fierce and you can't cut corners in my opinion. 

@Chris Seveney is right....you will likely pay way more than you planned to finish the project, but in my opinion, the most important thing to do is stop the bleeding by finishing or cut off the arm completely by selling the property.  

Your rent of $800 is really reasonable, my advice is still to continue increasing income, decrease other expenses (cancel unnecessary subscriptions, cut down on going out, all those little things add up to a lot.)

One property with propane pool heat and just a gas fire place I used 1,150 gallons last year (x $3.29 a gallon).Do you have a large area needing grass cut or small area?

The sheriff was unable to talk her into leaving, they needed bolt cutters to cut the chain and carried her kicking and screaming out of the house.   

I worked at a vineyard pouring wine and cutting cheese!
