I watched a documentary called "the patent scam" - these poor mid-large companies are dealing with cut throat attorneys that know how to work the system causing them to pay millions in legal fees or settle.

Seems cut and dry.

. $15k Fee Justification: I’m trying to understand what the $15k fee actually covers, especially since it appears that Martel and the assigned team also take a cut from every deal (contractors, project managers, lender kickbacks, etc.).

Then I expect more stabilization in pricing and less concessions as the market will tighten as we get a 2nd rate cut in Q1 of 2025.

We don't hide that by continuing distributions--so we cut those off early to preserve cash reserves. 

I do not invest nor manage in Muncie, so I am not aware if they are offering incentiveinteresting, bummer utilities come out that cuts out some serious cash flow.

It did come with a pay cut but worth it since I wasn't crazy busy or dead tired during or after work.
