When we talked to the plumber, he had said the hot water was working when he left and he gave them his number to call incase of further issues, but he said he didn't hear back from them again.My partner asked her to send pictures and she sent the attached.

A call to customer service fixed this.  

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response. 

But the flexibility of your schedule, no boss or direct customers, and potential for a great year, and realistic expectation that you set make it all doable.

They had to do it, otherwise many banks and commercial customers are at the point of refinancing and the Government itself is at a strategic debt refinance point; thus, if they didn't lower rates, it would have been a catastrophe short term.
