TIAErich Erich - I would echo other's comments, but also point you in the direction of a Bigger Pocket book, "Estimating Rehab Costs" - It's a 2019 version, so the actual dollar amounts will need to be increased, but it can give you a good starting point for the process that you can refine/update over time.

Holding EXEMPT (from bankruptcy forfeiture) assets, holding assets in exempt entities (retirement accounts, pensions, IRAs, in some states insurance and annuities), homestead exemption, remote entity protection (LLC, Serial LLC, Corporations, Limited Partnerships,) Asset Protection Trusts, using separation of assets for married individuals (in certain states) charitable remainder trust, etc. can be very effective though can be costly.

Fixing a class B doesn't produce amenities that Class A offers, otherwise you're losing sq ft if you add a gym/shower, etc.Anyway, happy to get updates, but I think your leasing will be at 0 for 12 months.
