Now granted a very well cash up client of a commercial bank can get a rehab loan. but 90% of those out there that get them from PML or HML would never get approved at a Commercial bank.

I imagine they get their clients by referral, I mean I would'nt want the public applying through some website that's for sure.

We have a direct engagement with the manufacturer of Helix Mattresses and we have been using this as a perk to our clients who are either coming onboard with new properties or for clients in need of upgrade or replacement. 

And furthermore, they said they have never had any of their clients with less than three rentals send out 1099s!

The deals I bring from clients are combination of off market and on market but most of the deal I bring happen becuase I am well know in the multi family community. 

Major banks, like Chase and Wells, are offering it to their clients.

So grateful for all my past clients, future ones, and for those just reading my emails.

I want to keep away from any short cuts , I am not looking to take large cuts from sellers (I’m a true agent at heart and looking to serve my clients) .
